Pal Supports was founded by Katie and Manny in 2023 after years of working in the disability sector. They saw what was missing and decided to do something about it. A smaller, tighter, more personal approach where the people they support actually come first.
From the beginning the focus has been on finding the right people, building real relationships and making sure every person we support feels like they actually belong somewhere.
PAL Supports started with a simple idea. That disability support should feel less like a service and more like having the right people in your corner.
Our team is made up of passionate, energetic people who genuinely love this work. We hand pick our support workers for their character first and their skills second, because the right person makes all the difference.
Real People, Real Relationships We show up as people first. Our team genuinely cares about the people we support and that's not something you can fake
Acknowledgement of Country. PAL Supports acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work, live, and connect. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We recognise their enduring connection to land, water, culture and community. We operate on Awabakal and Worimi land, in the Newcastle and Hunter regions.
