About us.

PAL Supports was built on a simple frustration. Too many people with disability were getting support that was clinical, detached, and built around what was easy for the provider, not what was right for the participant.

We wanted to do something different.

We started in Newcastle with a small team, a clear vision, and a commitment to building something that actually mattered. Three years later that commitment has not changed. We have grown our team, expanded our programs, and supported participants across the Hunter in ways that have made a real difference to their lives.

We work on Awabakal and Worimi land. We are proud to be a part of the Newcastle and Hunter community and to show up for the people who live here.

What makes us different.

We are a young team and that is a strength. Our team brings genuine energy, fresh thinking, and real enthusiasm to every shift. We are not here to go through the motions. We are here because we actually care.

We train properly. Every staff member at PAL Supports goes through real, hands on training. Our complex care team is trained directly by registered nurse professionals. Not an online module. Not a checkbox. Real training that makes a real difference when it matters most.

We think long term. We work with participants from infancy through to young adulthood. That means we understand the journey, not just the moment. And it means when things change, we can often grow and adapt with you rather than starting over.

We keep it real. Support should feel like real life, not a service. We do not fill hours. We build relationships, create experiences, and help people get more out of the time they have.
